Pumpkin time

We started off the Halloween week by hitting the pumpkin patch. Steve, Ryann, and I had a great time at the patch. Steve and Ryann picked out some good pumpkins and mommy was the one who got stuck riding the big slides with Ryann. Oh well we both had fun and Steve had fun watching! LOL! Next year it will be his turn! LOL! We then went home and Ryann had a blast carving the pumpkins with Daddy, she felt like such a big girl sitting there with Daddy. They did a great job on them too bad it was very warm here so they were moldy by Halloween night.

R.I.P. Nemo

So we had a loss in the family! Ryann lost her fish Nemo she won at the school carnival. That is right her fish lived with us for a whole 24 hrs! Poor Ryann actually really took it hard when he died. So we had to have a proper funeral in the front garden. Ryann even had us make a sign for Nemo and she even had us say a little prayer. It was very cute, but also very sad!

Halloween Carnival

Last night we went to a Halloween Carnival that was put on by one of our local M.O.P.S. (Mothers Of Pre-Schoolers) that is actually headed by a friend of mine from Jr High and High School days. We met my friend Lindsey and her kids up there and then Daddy met us up there after work. Ry had so much fun getting into her costume again. I am glad that we are really getting our monies worth out of it! It was so nice to be able to go and have some fun where you knew the candy and the food were going to be safe to eat and safe for the kids to run around and have a good time. Ryann of course had to try and win a fish and she sure did, she named him Nemo. They had a costume contest, lots of games, and also a cake walk where we won two cakes. We had so much fun and can't wait for the next event.

Love family visits

I love my family and love when they come to visit. Aunt Patti and Mackenzie came from Denver this weekend. It was so good to see them. We miss having them so much here. They came down and we had dinner with them on Thursday night.

October Halloween time

So it is that time of year already.....Holiday time!! We LOVE it!! We have already done so many fun things. We have had a very busy month already. I have finally got on a schedual that lets me spend time with Ryann on the weekends and at night with her and Steve. So it is a very good schedual for our family. For my mom's birthday weekend my sister Danelle came down so we were all able to be together for her birthday weekend and have a great time. So far this month Ryann and I went to the San Clemente Clam Festival with my mom and dad. It was very yummy. When Danelle was here we went to Dana Point to hangout and then we went to the Irvine Park Railroad pumpkin patch. Then Ryann and I went to the Disneyland Trick or Treat with my friend Jennifer and her daughter Gabriella. Yes mommy did dress up, I did it for Ryann of course.
